As part of the exchange program between Konya Chamber of Commerce (KTO) Karatay University and Indonesia Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University, a farewell program was held for the ten students who studied at the Department of Islamic Economics and Finance, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences for six months.

" They preferred Turkey out of forty-one countries"

Under the student exchange program, ten exchange students from Indonesia's Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta University, who preferred Turkey among forty-one countries, completed their education at the Faculty of Economics, Administration and Social Sciences of Karatay University in Konya (KTO), Department of Islamic Economics and Finance. A farewell program was held for the ten foreign students who successfully completed their six-month education.

Speaking at the program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamola Bayram, one of the academicians of the Department of Islamic Economics and Finance; " Our international students are members of the KTO Karatay University family.  It was a pleasure having you here.   You will always be welcome at the KTO Karatay University. Even if your education here is over, we would be more than happy to assist you in your postgraduate education."

"Our Indonesian Students Wish to Pursue Their Postgraduate Education at KTO Karatay"

During the farewell program, Indonesian students shared their experiences at KTO Karatay University. They stated that KTO Karatay University's Department of Islamic Economics and Finance, which made its mark on the international stage with its strong academic staff, is attracting attention not only in Indonesia but also in various countries around the world.  The students expressed that they are very satisfied with the hospitality of KTO Karatay University and the opportunities provided to them, whilst also adding that they feel very lucky to have studied at KTO Karatay University and would like to pursue their postgraduate studies at KTO Karatay University.

The program ended with the presentation of gifts and a group photo session.
